View Labels Page

Note: In order to reach the View Labels page, the RoleThe role is a collection of system features. Each feature has an access level of either read-only or edit. A role is assigned to a user. The user has access to the features found in the role. of the Logged-in UserAn IntelliTrack user has an account with IntelliTrack and uses the software; is active in the system; has a valid username and password; is assigned to at least one division and one site; has a default division and a default site. The user is designated as either an Administrative User or a Standard User. must have access to the View and Print Label featureAccess to this feature enables the Reports > View/Print Barcode Labels option and the View Labels page. At the page, the user may load standard IntelliTrack data labels onto the screen. The labels may be exported and saved to a file or printed to the corresponding label size from the View Labels screen..

IntelliTrack provides pre-sized labels for your data collection and inventory management needs. The application will generate the labels, which are ready to be printed to the corresponding label size and used.

You are able to preview, export, and print labels from this page.

  1. Select Reports > View/Print Bar Code Labels from the navigation pane.

  1. The View Labels page appears.

The View Labels page contains a label selection area.

  • Barcode Type and Barcode Name Filters: A Barcode Type field and a Barcode Name field are found in the far left area of the page; use these fields to select and generate labels.

  • Label Filter: Filters specific to the label appear underneath the selected Barcode Type and Barcode Name.

  • Reset icon : Select to clear the filter selections specific to the selected label.
  • Submit icon : Select to load the label onscreen.
  • Onscreen Label Preview: When a label report is generated it appears onscreen to the right of the filters.

  • Label Toolbar: A Label Toolbar is also found along the top and the bottom of the page. When a label is loaded onscreen, use this toolbar to scroll through the labels loaded onscreen, go to a specific label, print a label to a selected printer according to the corresponding label size, or export a label in any of the supported formats.

The label toolbar contains buttons for label printing, exporting, and onscreen viewing.

Export the label report to the selected file option. Options available include: Pdf, Xls, Xlsx, Rtf, Mht, Html, Text, Image, CSV.

IntelliTrack contains a separate report designer application. In the report designer, you are able to create custom label reports and upload them to the IntelliTrack application. For more information, see "Custom Reports and Labels".
